hooray for Jay!

My friend JayG at MArooned has joined the Chicks With Guns cause! Over the holiday weekend, he introduced a woman to the shooting sports. He did everything right (double plug, start with a .22, etc) and was rewarded with the renowned gunchick grin and a rave review from the newbie shooter herself!

    I am hoping this will be but the first in a long line of "Jay takes new people to the range" posts now that I have a club to call my own.

    Next up: Getting Mom G. and Sis G. to the range; Mom for the first time in {mumble} years; Sis for the first time EVAH.

    And maybe, just maybe, Mrs. G...

    Thank you so much for the link. I had so much fun, and JayG did a good job. :) Heh, once I'm legal, I'll be happy to get more chicks hooked, too. :D The whole legal in MA thing is a whole 'nother kettle of fish, though.
