Well one "excuse" could be that the billboard moves so close to the subject's eyes that they can never focus on the whole image. An ADD freak like me would have been too curious at what that image was to let it go...but that's just me.
The Black guy (with a TOTALLY different voice too...so you can't claim they were too focused on the map) is definetly a smoking gun for being in Condition white.
I wonder if they did a lot of these tricks, and how many weren't fooled.
I'm sure many of these "people on the street" type videos they edit out the smart cookies to make it funnier.
