Last night's show went really well, all things considered, and we managed to have a little fun while collectively crying into our beers and bourbon. Give it a listen, I'm sure you need laugh today.
No way. I can't listen. I needed an intervention. Did I say "shit" on the air? No, wait! Don't tell me. At the end of the day, we're still incredibly cute and we still have each other. I'm not going to tell my puppies about the election, though. I want to keep them innocent.
I got up about 6:40 and got a big cold bottle of sparkling s. pellegrino to stave off the hangover I so richly deserved. I made that comment here, got the pups back inside and went back to bed. About nine o'clock, I opened my eyes and zomg - I think, I think someone said in the chat "phlegmmy sounds sexy" and, heaven help me, I think I actually said aloud "I AM sexy." On blogtalkradio. If I'd been sober, that would have been followed by the winking "modest, too." If this actually happened, or worse, don't tell me. I don't want to know.
Yeah, that was fun... I wasn't feeling too bad, which is a good thing, since I had to be at work at 0700. At least I caught myself before I said something I really shouldn't...LOL
So thats what you sound like, nice to be able to put a voice to the photo and writing,so sorry that BHO got in we have had 11+ years of Socialism taking the Great out of Great Britian and now you have got BHO changing the U.S.A to the U.S.S.A i wish you luck. AJD
Well...the pod cast was okaaaaay, I guess. But when I grab a cup of cocoa and settle down to listen to you, it's kind of annoying when the the sweet melody that is Breda keeps getting interrupted by these other voices which in comparison sound like a wounded beagle with throat polyps.
Give plenty of warning next time for the next show and give the number to call. I'm going to make every effort to call in and say howdy.
It was quite entertaining... sure as hell better than what was on TV.
Speaking of TV, I wonder if Hillary busted hers last night. Ya think she went on a rampage and trashed the living room when the numbers for our Dear Leader put him over the top?
I've got a bad feeling this hangover's gonna last at least four years.
Be polite, please. (also I'd like to add that I reserve the right to delete any and all comments that I find offensive, argumentative, or just plain tiresome.)

That was a fun show!
ReplyDeleteBiggest studio audience yet: 48 listeners at one point, I believe.
I'm almost afraid to listen...

ReplyDeleteI had no idea phlegmfatale had such a nice voice... you should call in more often!
Is there a way to go back and see the chat room logs?

ReplyDeleteListened in for the first 35 minutes. Very good show.
ReplyDeleteThen the wife came home and wanted to watch the election results. :-(
LOVE the new Browncoat logo on the side, by the way. :)

ReplyDeleteFun show. Hopefully someone's got a chat transcript saved for blackmail purposes ;)
ReplyDeletewhat happens in chat, stays in chat.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking how ironic it was for me to drunk dial the show when I said on my blog MOnday "never document your misbehaviour." Uh. Blush.

Damn I knew I missed a good time. That's what I get for being sick and deciding to go to bed instead.
ReplyDeleteShoulda toughed it out.

I, for one, had a blast on the show last night. Drink dialing and all. I love the Browncoat logo too. Mind if I "borrow" it for my blog too?
ReplyDeleteAll of the good ones are taken...
ReplyDeleteYou know, you're good at this. You might have a career ahead of you in talk radio!
