Even when the buzz is that tons of books were being sold, those that were printed and distributed will actually have to be somewhere. That so many stayed in stores is the telling thing to me. His rock star status is in synch with his poll ratings. Seems like he's been screwing up stuff for years, and yet it hasn't even been one yet. Oh, my...
Huh, I never figured Tam much for the questions we already know the answer for. Next thing we'll be seeing her post somewhere wondering if .450 nitro might be a bit thumpy... ;)
I got a Johnson Smith catalog in the mail the other day, and in there among all the fart joke novelties were a whole mess of Obama tchochkes...including an Obama bank....which would seem fitting somehow, except that it did have a door on the bottom to get your money out without smashing the bank.

Too bad he's going to cost us a lot more than 5 dollars.

ReplyDeleteYa think Some Evil-Doer might have deposited the book in the bargain bin instead of its Rightful Holy Place as a political statement?
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't ME! I'M the one that keeps trying to sneak out with the "Religious Fiction" sign.
That is delightfully apropos and ironic, at the same time.
