I found a video of the completely awesome belt-fed, fully automatic, Nerf Vulcan Rapid Fire EBF-25 that I spoke about on last night's Gun Nuts Holiday Extravaganza...and I noticed something very familiar about the kid doing the demo.
Add a little caffeine and this kid would be a perfect mini Caleb - he's even wearing a polo shirt! I think my cohost is going to have some competition in a few years.
Well played, ma'am.
ReplyDeleteHmm, I wonder if you could string together several belts for a hundred rounds of full auto Nerf goodness
ReplyDeleteI WANT!!!
ReplyDeleteI told my wife I want one of those . . . Walmart has them for $30 . . . She said I'm a dork. Oh well, that's one sweet toy!
ReplyDeleteWant, but I'm with MedicMatthew--needs long belts!
ReplyDeleteNow let me see, wire that up to mains, link half a dozen belts together, we might have something!
ReplyDeleteJim
Longer belt, modify the motor so it cycles faster, add a couple of house cats and Wee Woo!
ReplyDeleteLOL- Gun nuts... sigh...
ReplyDeleteMy wife bought me one for my birthday a couple years ago. I LURVE it. The cat's live in terror.
ReplyDeleteSome guys actually modified one of those to a zippier rof. Say 500 rounds per minute.

That said, I really wish I could score some longer ammo belts for it.
Fenris: This is a step in the right direction!
ReplyDeleteJim
I got one for my birthday from my dad in July... I haven't been able to figure out how to link any belts together short of cutting and sewing together the cloth between the links.
ReplyDeleteSomething else to distract my mind during my last finals today...
OOOOOOOOOoooooohhh...
ReplyDeleteI know what TheBoy is getting for Xmas now...
:D
I got one of these for my husband's birthday a couple years ago, he loves it to death. The cats, on the other hand, aren't quite as impressed...
ReplyDeleteMust have one of these......
ReplyDeleteI bought one of these for my son last year for Christmas. He loves it.
ReplyDeleteUniversity of Colorado has banned Nerf guns on campus used for the Humans vs. Zombies game.

I got one of these for Christmas. It's loads of fun. A fellow I work with has mounted 2 vulcans together and modified them to fire considerably faster than the stock version. Behold:
