I'm headed to Arizona this afternoon for some family time and a funeral.
I don't know what the wifi situation will be like so I may have to rely solely on my iPhone, so blogging will probably be light (-er than it has been lately.) I'll be back late Saturday.
I still have to pack and prep for my TSA tango, so I'm off.
And if you hear news about a tiny berserker cane-wielding librarian having to be pulled off some guy named Mohammed after he set his underpants on fire? Yeah, that'd probably be me.
Have a safe trip.
ReplyDeleteVisit the Scottsdale Gun Club. It's a bit pricey to shoot their stuff but costs nothing to look. Also, give a quick visit to Dillon Precision, also in N Scottsdale. Not a lot but what they have is nice.
ReplyDeleteMy fav is Legendary Guns on the west side. Nice hardware!
And that rock in the desert I mentioned in a comment a while back is still there.
Have a safe trip Breda. Don't kill anyone.
ReplyDeleteUnless they deserve it, of course.
Be safe.
ReplyDeleteHave a good trip!
ReplyDeleteDillon Precision would be a fun stop. Mike Dillon is an old acquaintance from his early days as a TWA B-707 driver. Loves all sorts of guns and airplanes and has the capability now to cater to his fantasies. His company builds most of the modern small caliber mini-guns for helicopter mounting in military applications. Mike's a genuine good guy!
ReplyDeleteDon't forget, it takes two to tango, so ask for the best looking TSA goon you see.
ReplyDeleteHave a safe trip & enjoy the time spent with family.
Agree with the EDs! Lengendary Guns isn't open on Sundays, but carries everything from Old West stuff to Scout Rifles. Sorry part of this has to be a funeral. Be safe.
ReplyDeleteI pity the terrorist that tries anything on that flight.
ReplyDeleteStay safe, don't let the TSA Goons mess with you too much, and bring back some heat! All this snow is really getting old....
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for your trip. If you see someone with his skivvies on fire, just find something flammable to toss on and help finish the job.
ReplyDeleteMake sure to shove the cane where it will hurt the most
ReplyDeleteMy condolences.
ReplyDeleteLet me know if you need anything while you're out here, you can reach me at the addy on my blog's about page.
ReplyDeleteCondolences, and safe travels.
ReplyDeleteMake sure to shove the cane where it will hurt the most.
ReplyDeleteYeah, right through his eye socket and into the grey matter.
Godspeed
ReplyDeleteTravel well
Travel safe
