gimps with guns...

Don't mess with us because we're more likely to shoot than try to run away.

 (aren't we tough?)

Me & my buddy MikeW from Another Gunblog, who is awesome.

  1. Amen, sister!
Having multiple 'issues' including one leg 1 1/2" shorter and hip fused, I agree!
Sounds like a great name for a club?

  2. Hey, one of my legs is shorter than the other too, and one of my big toes is fused, among other things.

I say everyone in the club has to carry a 1911, and the women must have bubblebutts!

  3. Post-surgery, when I stand on concrete too long (like at the range), my right ankle inevitably up and quits after about two hours. When that happens, I practice shooting from a position where I'm leaning my hip on something for support.

(Lefty goes in for x-rays on Friday. I'll get to practice leaning left now, too! Whee! *cries*)

  4. Hey, since we couldn't run if we wanted to, there's only on solution.

BTW you guys were troopers covering all the convention floor!

  6. Ooh, fellow gimp here. Haven't been capable of running in ~12 years.

  7. Weer'd - Were it not for my crap balance I'd have let Breda ride on my shoulders to take a load off.

Were she a bit shorter I'd then have a midget riding on my shoulders. That would be flat out hilarious.

Ellen - You're definitely giving me too much credit, but thanks! It was great meeting you!

  8. Awesome. If I'm running, you should probably see what the hell I'm running from. It was probably something I couldn't just shoot, and I could use the backup.

  9. Now that is a great picture! :)

  10. I don't see a picture of Gimps with Guns. I see a future Scout/Sniper Team. Did you know that with a Barrett, one could easily cap Terrorists at over a 1,000 Bredas?

  12. I'm gonna try to get my gimpy neighbor to try my 12 gauge. First, though, I gotta find my spring gauge and see how much force it takes to tip his manual wheelchair over backwards. Wait, did I say that last part out loud? Oops.
