Man down

A music video depicting a victim of a sexual assault turned vigilante has stirred up quite a bit of controversy:

“A graphic portrayal of the singer getting back at an attacker by shooting him in cold blood in a crowded train station and then fleeing the scene is potentially the worst possible message that could be sent,” Melissa Henson, director of communications and public education for the PTC, expressed.

I totally agree. A much better message would have been to show a would-be rapist getting shot before the act could even be completed...

  1. Absolutely Correct. Oh, you asked Permission from Oleg Volk to use his Picture! Gee, if only other Bloggers would learn to do so.

  2. I think Ms. Henson is playing a little fast and loose with the term "in cold blood."

  3. I agree. Of course if I had been without my gun and attacked my husband would have been the one taking revenge and it would not have been in a crowded train station.

  4. Aren't you forgetting? When raped you're supposed to induce vomiting to make yourself less attractive to the rapist.

It must be true. That's what the Illinois State Police tell women to do.

  6. The real point of the video isn't about a woman getting revenge or anything like that. It's about how evil guns are.

See, if she didn't have a gun she wouldn't have been able to kill the SOB in question, which is just fine with the left.

  7. Haven't seen the video, but I suspect its part of the typical lefty propaganda. If you shoot somebody BEFORE they can do something horrible its just assumed they would have never done anything, and you essentially murdered them.

If you shoot somebody AFTER they do something horrible (if you survive the ordeal) then its actual murder.

No no matter what ladies, don't carry your guns! is the Hollywood message.

    +1 to instinct

  12. Brother Beard, I wasn't referring to that Fine Artist Oleg Volk per se, but to those Nameless, Worthless, Useless Smegheads who steal from others and then insult the owners when they are caught Red-Handed. But I am glad that Mr. Volk is willing to share, when ASKED.

  13. That was some good shooting. Maybe 30 feet with what was apparently a black powder .38 special snubbie.

It's got a catchy beat and you can dance to it.

  14. The nameless scum mentioned above got a note from me earlier today. He is specifically restrained from using my images from now on.

  16. Oleg, I certainly hope that he ignores your note the way he has ignored everything else.

I'd love to see him taken to the cleaners for being felony level stupid
