All of the above. My initial thought was aligned with the Chad. Although I know Breda's reputation or being a good shot and she could probably hit me for there with that thing.
It's the time required to reload that makes it impractical for HD. 'Course, probably not much difference between COM hit and an appendage hit. Or even a near miss, for that matter. Might depend on the load. Minute-of-BG has a bit more leeway over more typical pieces, though.
