  6. Actually, retard, kicking them out works just fine.

    Come to Wyoming. On-ramp beggars and street bums get shipped off to work camps for 30 days. Most of them leave the state immediately after that.

    Or do you mean les miserables as in the wretched poor, and not as a reference to the novel?
