this moment

A breeze is moving through, sending each leaf into motion and filling the world with a soft rustling that competes with the distant sound of a train. Sparrows are a near constant chatter, a dog barks a few streets away and somewhere a child is laughing in pure delight.

And I'm in the shade of a magnolia tree, still enough to listen.

  2. Is Myra keeping you company this afternoon ? It sounds like the perfect day for her to have an outdoors adventure.

  3. Sounds like it would have been a perfect day for ME to have an outdoor adventure. Sometimes I hate working midnights.
