This was the first Thanksgiving that I was put in charge of the meat. So after successfully brining and roasting a turkey breast and giant mutant turkey wings, and since I have to work tomorrow, I think I deserve a day to do nothing more than paint my fingernails, eat pie, answer long neglected emails, watch some DVDs and, of course, spend quality time on the sofa...
