A woman came to the reference desk this afternoon and complained, "Excuse me, the computer is telling me to log into Windows. I don't want Windows. Can't I just get to the internet?"

(& yeah, we're still on IE6 - not like she'll be able to do anything anyway.)

It's Friday, right? 4PM? The day's almost over? Please?

    Awwww, she must be a cousin to PEBKAC* girl on my team. Who, despite multiple demonstrations, can't remember to use the Snapshot tool on Adobe.
