"feminized"?

This is a left-handed lightweight .38 special. The aluminum frame has been anodized to make it pink. You can get countless colors with this method, so the opportunities for customization are only limited by your imagination.

I really like the way this pistol looks, the color seems integrated, part of the metal. However, some idiot had the words "The Pink Bitch" laser engraved on the barrel. Tacky to the extreme.

One does not have to be a bitch while holding a gun. I think that I'm perfectly lady-like.

COOL!

I always wanted a left handed revolver... Was always jealous that southpaws can actually open and reload a "right handed" S&W faster than a rightie, all other things being ~equal. It is easier to push the latch with the trigger finger than the thumb...

That said, you shouldn't be reloading IPSC style during anything but a competition, but that's where the second count anyway.

I am reminded of Lionel's Christmas catalogue of about 1956. When you ask for a rocket launcher and they give you a pink locomotive, doesn't that pat on the head leave a dent?

I don't even think it's possible there was a female present at this marketing meeting.

Or maybe that is referring to the gun itself; if you cause someone to have to point it at you, that would probably be going through your mind.

The GUN is the Pink Bitch, not the shooter.

Even so -- what Tam said. Ew.

Nobody's commented on just how punny my comment was. I'm going off to sulk.

That would contrast wonderfully with any of the Leatherman Juice thingies. But is it available in leopard-print?

Yeah, Tam, it's tres gauche, and yet somehow it's still so right.

Hmmm... I wonder if the marketing team considered that they did fine for forty years by just building good guns, then started phoning it in with this kind of BS, and went bankrupt three or four times in the last ten years.
Seems to me what you'd want to put on something you'd sell as a Ladies' revolver would be a really fantastic trigger.

I have that same adorable pink 38 sp. My father bought it for me for my 19th birthday. It's a sweet little pistol, and mine came with the words "The Pink Lady" engraved on it, rather than biotch.
