fail.

The designers of these hideous and tangible examples of stupid call them "Guardian Angel" bags. (note: they "wanted to give people the impression of feeling secure") Let me be the first to explain to them: "Self-defense. Ur doin it wrong." (pop culture reference alert!)

This is also a very good example of a trend I noted in an earlier post - how some designers think that if you put a gun on a thing it suddenly becomes "Ooooh! Cool! Edgy! Avant Garde!"

So often is modern art only about shock value that it just becomes boring.

All those bags will get you is a smack upside your head from a goblin looking to steal your "gun".

stupid, but it's cool that they're using a Walther.

My Sig wouldn't be caught dead in one of those bags.

It's sad to be among the set for whom feeling secure is only EVER an "impression."

handbag carry is not the smartest idea only because bags can be set down and forgotten, and often theives make the grab for the bag first, both robbing AND disarming you.

This bag simply screams "Take me!" if thugsley thinks it actully has a REAL P99 in it...

But it DOES remind me of this paiting:

I like the pink one, actually. Without the gun theme, it would be ugly though. With that fabric/texture. But with the pokey texture, bright color, and of the gun thing... I think it's great...!

Idiots! I specifically asked them for a gun that looks like a hand bag, not a hand bag that looks like a gun!

I like that idea. We could expand it- the impression of feeling pretty, the impression of feeling fit, the impression of feeling as though one has a clue...
