The best part of my weekend was spent stretched out on the floor in front of the big picture window in the living room, sharing a sunspot with the cats. Unaccustomed to such brightness, I could feel pupils constrict and freckles appear as I watched one of the kittens chasing dust motes in a sunbeam. We snoozed together and conjured spring - it might be 60 degrees today.
Snow again tomorrow.

we hit 72 saturday...only to get pounded by snow yesterday.
sunbeams are always a beautiful thing.
We got snow for the weekend.
Luxury..... hedonism...
There is something to be said for a warm spot in the sun on a quiet afternoon.
Sounds like a perfect way to regroup on a weekend. Nappy idylls with pets are one of life's greatest pleasures, IMHO.
