Bwahaha! I used to teach just such a class to female sailors! Of course, now days, since it's not as encouraged I had to do it in everyone's off time, but it still counted as a structured PT session for those who needed them.
I didn't make anyone wear their uniforms though...
Knee to the groin is kind of a last resot. You have to be too close to your attacker's front. Although I have it on good authority they taught it in those classes. Along with eye gouging, various ways to strike the throat, how to break knees, rake shins, and dislocate/destroy shoulders. I think, however, the didn't want to show that on camera.
