boogerhook.

I have absolutely no idea who the people in this photo are (ah, the bliss of a cable TV-free life...) but I bet you can guess what my first reaction was when I saw it...

a little to the left and a little to the right, then fire?

Rule Three: Keep a straight trigger finger until your sights are on target.

Oh, sorry, your reaction? How about "What morons!"

Are they TV personalities? I don't have a clue who they are either.

I'm hardly surprised by bad gun handling in TV / Movies anymore.

You think that is scary, watch the video.

I think I'm more horrified that someone claims they are good gun owner role models. High profile with slip-shod firearms discipline? If someone uses that couple to bite the rest of us on the arse, I will be most vexed.

My first response is: Why's her fingers on the trigger?

I notice the smile on the foolish young lady doesn't reach her eyes - they look a bit unfocused, now the young male fool behind her has a real grin and needs his teeth knocked out or about a bit. Still the guns would be okay but two fools with two guns makes me shiver - are they protected by the 2nd Amendment?

They are from some MTV show, maybe the hills. There was a “news” story on Redeye (Fox news) about them dropping 10 grand on some guns. 2 Wilson 1911s, which I assume are the ones shown in the picture. Also, a Springfield M1A scout, and IIRC a Benelli M4 shotgun. The girl made the news a few months back for expressing interest in McCain.

Have you seen Redeye if you have a DVR it is a funny show (or if your up at 3AM). They do pro-gun stories every once and a while.

Here’s a sample that has some gun talk.

I think a reference librarian will like the ombudsmen.

I sort of feel sorry for them. They prob'ly grew up in Hollyweird, for God's sake...why would they know about guns?
Someone desperately needs to teach this pair to shoot, before they earn themselves a high-profile citing on some f*cking Brady-blog. And I thought the range people would have put a stop to some of the more blatant foolishness...what's up with that?

Unfortuantely, if you've ever had to wait in line at a grocery store and out of sheer boredom read the titles of all the fashion and gossip rags, you can't miss those two morons.

I have a really hard time seeing Heidi Montag or Spenser what's his name without invisioning a little red dot. . .

It speaks a lot of our society when a woman with no talent, skill or education becomes "famous". I could see perhaps some ethereal beauty bringing her to the covers of certain shallow publications but she has little of that, the pert cuteness she did have was overshadowed by some really overdone surgery.

Why I don't watch TV except for History, Discovery and Sci Fi.
