Last May, Obama brushed off a female reporter, calling her "sweetie", then a month later suggested that female democrats still supporting Hillary should "get over it", and now when he's asked a tough question by a supporter? He tells her she's "feisty."
Is he this condescending to everyone, or just to women?

It sad that the American people don't have more choice.
But he fully supports a woman's right to kill babies. That's what he's relying on for votes.
He's saving "sugar tits" for his inauguration speech.
And he supports the "rights" of local communities.....
He's condescending and arrogant, therefore Biden will be the perfect VP pick for him. Birds of a feather flock together, and we all know how Biden views gun owning citizens.
So is it because he's really a Muslim, or because he's the Second Coming and women should be silent in church?
Womyn (as opposed to women) are like blacks in this: they have nowhere else to go, so they get treated like crap.
I predict that if Obama gets into office, the "changes" about which he keeps talking will be: taking away women's right to vote; taking away women's equal rights; taking away our guns so that we can't defend ourselves and our country; destroying the very fabric of America; capitulating to the demands of the terrorists; handing over our sovereignty to the U.N.; turning America into a bigger quagmire than is the Middle East; raising our income taxes to 50%. It's scary how such a dipshit could garner such a huge fan-base, esp. amongst the Slacker Generation. But then again, that pretty much explains it all.
Nope, it's everyone. He knows best.
See, Bill Clinton just loathed the military. Obama loathes America.
But, once he's elected, we'll have change. He'll fix America....
I see it more like if one of the Mentally retard kids who baggs groceries at the store says or does somthing rude....I understand that he's challenged and probably can't be expected to do much better.
Obama gets held to the same level as that for me.
Now the people who claim he's such a smart and shrewed politition....now those people just make me sick!
If Mc picked Sarah Palin for VP some of the hard-core Hillary voters might jump ship (maybe/maybe not).

The only VP that will make me happy.
OK Fred too.
I thought that he was condescending to me, but then realized that I was racist.
Weer'd - You can't say "retarded" anymore. Haven't you seen Tropic Thunder?
It's akin to Jesse "Pimp Daddy J" calling blacks n*****s and New York City "H****town": it doesn't matter because he's a dem.
Anyway, who else are liberal women going to vote for?
"Anyway, who else are liberal women going to vote for?"
A McCain / HRC ticket?
This election is stupider than Kerry/Bush.
This is just plain scary... It's demeaning, condescending and downright wrong! If I did that, I'd probably get a sexual harassment filed against me for unprofessional conduct.
I think the answer is "yes". He's an arrogant, condescending prick, but one thing I've observed is that arrogant men are usually even worse with women than they are with other men.
I figure it's either a primal testosterone thing- same reason the dogs give more automatic respect to Stingray and question my authority first if that's the mood, even though I order them around as much if not more- or it's because they've learned that other men might clock them one, whereas women are "harmless".
Somehow I get the feeling that "feisty" is code for Bitch. Not my choice of words, just an impression.
I think we all saw the other night that Obambi isn't all that quick on his feet with the tap dance he did with his "pay grade" answer. I even detected a slight expression of anger on his face.
If he can't handle a reporter how the hell is he gonna deal with Putin?
Next he'll be telling an otherThanAmerican-American she's uppity.
It's everyone.
I'm beginning to reach the point where, when I see the words "Obama/McCain" on the tv screen, I just start looking for reruns of "Everybody Loves Raymond". Obama is scary & condescending & sexist. So that leaves McCain, which just makes me sigh, and a bunch of journalists sitting around yapping. Thank God for Netflix.
I DID say while Hilly was still in the race, we were being offered the choice of which pile of steaming doggy doo we wanted rubbed in our face the next four years. Actually I said much worse, but the gentle Breda told me to be polite!
Labrat, I think you're on to something. Obama is an arrogant condescending elitist (assignment for today, boys and girls: which of the preceding three words are code for "black?"), but he's a little more circumspect dealing with men. Which suggests that he has a bully's finely honed sense of where to draw the line and who not to antagonize.
Perhaps he needs to hire Naomi Wolf to teach him to be an Alpha Male.
