Barack “even if I want to take [your guns] away, I don’t have the votes in Congress’’ Obama - the same man, incidentally, who promised to bar citizens nationwide from receiving concealed carry permits during his 2004 Senate campaign - suddenly thinks guns are perfectly fine and useful objects...but only if they are used to protect his daughters.

Not all of us are so privileged. So, until the day comes that I have my very own Secret Service detail, I will protect myself. I will carry my own gun. I deserve to be safe - I am somebody's daughter too, Mr. Obama.
