Ah, yes. The Lake Erie effect snow. I've had the *ahem* pleasure to drive through that on I-90 many times. U.S. 2 also, when the ramp to I-90 east out of Cleveland was littered with cars. Fun. Only 4" or so in Southeast MI this morn.
I remember lake effect snow all too well. Back in...let's see was it '77 or '78 we had a terrible blizzard. Trouble was it was also seemingly endless. I remember shoveling to get out of the driveway in the morning, and shoveling to get back in at night. That was in Akron; I imagine Lake County was worse. So glad I'm not there now ha ha ha.

Snow? I think I've heard about that before.
Sounds dreadful. Like something that requires long sleeve shirts to observe.
Sounds like a day for Chili.
it's mid 60's and blue skies out here.
I'm not jealous.
fwump.
(The sound of snow falling from a pine bough, usually onto my head.)
I'm ready for it. Got my 4WD and ready to go play in the snow :)

I feel your pain. I'm in the NW Chicago suburbs, and there's snow on our patio, even as I type this.
Sucks.
Keep it over there please... This is WAY too early for snow in DC!

Bright blue skies and highs in the 60's. Florida is nice sometimes.
I grew up in Manitowoc, right on Lake Michigan... I've heard of many a Lake Effect storm.
