all clear!
Aside from helping a person breathe better and the fascinating fact that warm saline goes up one nostril and then comes out the other, neti pots are good for demonstrating just how much empty space you have in your head. Keeps a person humble.

Yep, gross but they sure do work. My sweetie occasionally has to resort to one.
Daily use allowed my kids to stop taking four different presciption allergy medications.
