comic pundit

Dear Natalie Dee,

Until you understand how the world works, please stick to drawing things you actually know something about - like poop, dick hair, and anthropomorphic food.

Thank you.

Thats the whole liberal mindset: "YOU DRIVE ON A PUBLIC ROAD! Then you complain about the government!"

Well, yeah.

That's supposed to be funny?

If you switched just a few key terms you could have the entire MSM screaming "racist" and "off with her head!"

She draws dick hair??

Ms Dee appears totally unaware of the concept of federalism as she cites various local government responsibilities as examples of expectations from central government. She also seems to conflate freedom with the public goods for which we establish limited government.

Yet I wonder how you know from that short cartoon which topics she knows so much about. Unless you went deeper into the morass of sheeple-speak beyond that entry point...no! Say it isn't so!

Brave Breda, brave!

How old is she? I stopped drawing hairy-dick-poop with faces when I was about eight yea... wait. I've never drawn smiley scat.

I clicked through about a dozen of her random cartoons.

That one is about as funny as it gets. Which is to say, a bare flicker over zero. If I were measuring it with a meter I'd be checking to make sure I didn't get the polarity wrong.

Where did she find so many dirty looking hippies to model her t-shirts?

Her comics are generally funny-as-hell. But yeah, also some irony is added that I doubt Ms. Dee pays a red cent of tax monies after rebates.

Of course most people doing politics for general comedy tend to oversimplify to the extent of fabricating the story, making anybody who knows anything about it pissed.

I always hate the "you benefit from public services, so you should just sit back and let us tax you completely" mindset.

I, for one, would like to learn about alternatives to public roads (I know a book on Mises.org describes the alternatives); at some point, probably sooner than later, I will home school my children; and I have tried to imagine alternatives to public libraries.

For libraries in particular, the answer may very well be, "Go to the local university library"; indeed, after being able to check out books on advanced mathematical topics, the local libraries now have a difficult time capturing my interest.

I'm with Lee, those comics are inane and just plain not funny.

XKCD can make stick figures funny. I've not seen anyone else pull it off.

I use my local library constantly but would love to see them experiment with rental fees or paid subscriptions rather than watch them raise the taxes on all my neighbors and coworkers for a service I enjoy at their expense.

I've seen some folks say that calling 9-1-1 would make a Tea Partier a hypocrite. And which government agency do we have to thank for 9-1-1? Answer: AT&T.

I agree tgat most people don't know what services are provided by which government-federal, state, or local. See Katrina reaction, for example...

Sad, but most people seem to have little problem remaining uneducated re: facts.

Thanks for posting, and I second you comment!
