back at it.

I am really quite amazed at the human body's capacity for both overwhelming pain and speedy healing. By Saturday morning, with the help of ibuprofen and some time spent under a heating pad, I was able to get up and carefully, slowly, walk around the farmer's market in downtown Willoughby. I've improved every day since.

Thank you everyone for your good wishes.

Where would we be without Advil?

Glad to hear you're better.

Glad you're feeling better. Also, I hope to hell there's not a recurrence.

I mean, what will I do if my fellow gimp gunnie can't snipe headshots to keep the zombies at bay?!

I'd hate to have my brain nommed on because the world's most dangerous librarian was sidelined with terrible muscle spasms.

You got a copy of Pete Egoscue's "Pain Free" at your place of employ?

Best $15 I ever spent on Amazon. Game changer for my back pain (and knees, and tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel -- all while I was just working out my back).
