Hey, H-S Precision!

I think you forgot to include a photo of Lon Horiuchi and Vicki Weaver.

It seems to me that if you're using him to endorse your products, you must have no qualms with the fact that he shot an unarmed woman in the face while she was holding her 10-month old daughter.

My only hope is that this endorsement costs you far more in lost sales and boycotts than whatever you pay Horiuchi because although the case against him might have been dismissed - it doesn't mean he's innocent.

How proud are you of your spokesman, H-S? I'd like to hear a statement.
____________

We'll be talking about all this and more on tonight's Gun Nuts Radio at 9PM EST. It's bound to be an exciting show. Don't miss it!

They remain silent to us. I can only surmise that they think the civilian market is dead because of Obama, and they're marketing to the gov't thugs now. They have thrown us under the bus.

You're a little behind.
I like my version of Horiuchi's script better. As America's most (in)famous sniper, he should know what he's talking about.

I am teaching this evening, but should get home in time to listen in. Looking forward to it, and hope Caleb is feeling better.

That website seems like a good place to *add* a "missing" picture, if one were able to hack it...

Um, question: There were a lot of very bad mistakes made during the Weaver incident, but was this really one of them? The accounts I recall (vaguely) said that the bullet which killed Vicki Weaver was a through-and-through from a shot the sniper took at somebody else.

Is Lon not responsible for EVERY bullet he fires, just like we are?

Thanks for taking my call tonight. I wish I had a more complete answer regarding HS, but I'm working on it. In fact... *sigh* I'll go ahead and start a blog* so I can articulate this idea better.

(*Blogs... I like the gun blogs but... I work with about 6000 bloggers as it is. If you only knew.)

Someone already did the art on that one.

OFF(Oregon Firearms Federation) has some info about all those who do business with H-S.

J.Dock: of course he is. What I don't understand is why people here and on other gun sites react to Horiuchi's name as if he was a cold-blooded murderer. Isn't there a difference between "intentionally broke the ROE and shot an unarmed civilian" and "shot at a valid target under the ROE, and killed an unarmed civilian by accident"?

The ROE were changed to include taking out the woman to demoralize everyone, or if she is perceived as the leader. Horiuchi may have been intending to intercept Randy as he went thru thru the door, but he got Vicki instead. Either way, we still hold him culpable.

ALL the gov't agents are culpable because Randy was entrapped by the BATFEces, and refused to play their game. That's when the gov't declared war on the Weavers. They had no legitimate authority to do what they did.
