mmm....

For a while now, I have been searching for a potato chip full of bacon-y goodness. I thought I was on to something with Pringle's loaded baked potato flavor. But, I think I have just found the holy grail while looking around over at an Irish food site.


I have had Tayto crisps (cool site! visit the Tayto castle!) before, while I was in Ireland and once when my mother ordered a whole case of the cheese & onion flavor for Christmas one year. If you're lucky, you can find the brand at Irish import stores. Made simply with Irish potatoes and sunflower oil, and cut whisper thin, these taste like potato chips should!
