uh-oh.......

Taurus has a pink semi-automatic 9mm. I think I need a second job.

Available only through Gander Mountain.

I've fired one of those; a friend of mine down in Oklahoma has one (although hers is black). I found it way too small for my hands, and only adequately accurate, although the recoil was milder than I'd expected from a small 9mm. Then again, I mostly shoot twelve-gauges, so my perceptions might be a little distorted here.

It was nice and compact, though, and I'm sure it would do quite nicely as a carry gun.

Q) What kind of guy would want a pink gun?

A) A guy who doesn't want anyone to steal his gun!

Actually I think I remember seeing a place somewhere that'll refinish your gun in whatever color you'd like.

If I can find the site I'll send you the link.

You can get all kinds of colors for painting guns with a DuraCoat finish from Lauer, from "Lime Green" to "Wild Yellow" to "Burgundy" Mesquite" and even "Goddess Purple" - and that's just the standard colors, there's Electric Colors too!
Anybody with an airbrush and a modicum of patience can do it - spray it on and and wait overnight, or stick 'em in the EZ-Bake oven to speed it up.

dirtcrashr - thanks a mil for the link! i'd heard from a few places that DuraCoat was meant for plastics/woods, but if it's metalsafe then that's my option. awesome!

...or one can always bedazzle the weapon of her choosing. I'm just saying...

Still, these are sweet. At hundreds of bucks a pop, this could be a worse habit for me than my love of exotic animal fiber yarns. Someone hold me back.

I've been running into pink gun pix lately so here is a pink-camo-Glock for your consideration: www.thegunzone.com/glock/pink_glock2.html.
Because the average goblin is not too bright, he may think you're pointing a toy at him. More aim time for the shooter.

I knew a cop who had his cuffs either powdercoated, DuraCoated or GunKoted (never checked which) in Barbie Pink for two reasons:
1. No tough guy wants to draw attention
to himself while wearing pink handcuffs.
2. He was the only cop in his department
that managed to hang on to a set of
Peerless cuffs for his entire career.
