any info on the calibur? Looks like a minor one, but that bullet doesn't look like the cheezy .22 bullets you usally see.

Gotta go there: Hybrid tea roses, as we all very well know from the unsolicited nursery catalogs you get after you plant beans just once, are heavy-handedly and saccharinely (English! adverbs! so easy!) named after passing celebrities. A quick browse through rose-infested garden books gives an alternative social history, a look into the bless-their-hearts of the sort of people who seek to have the greedy little thorn thickets around them. And the best-loved of those unnatural contrivances of beauty is called the "JFK" rose. Just sayin.

So that is beyond doubt a 6.5mm Mannlicher-Carcano.
