whoa.

I guess I'm official. I got an invite to the pro-Second Amendment Bloggerfest next May.

In my excitement, I called Mike at work. He said "whoa!" too.

We're planning on it (kind of). Louisville, here we come (maybe)!

UPDATE: I just checked and it's only a 6 hour drive. Hm. Now what should I wear? Besides the Kalashnikitty shirt, of course. Called Mike again and told him about the "exhibit hall with hundreds of thousands of square feet featuring the best guns, gear, collectibles" and he sounded all goofy. He's grinning like a fool, I bet. So count us (tentatively) in.

Well it's not that far a drive, although I'm a couple of hours closer. But I'm looking forward to attending the convention

Louisville is so much more convenient than Las Vegas, no?

I look forward to meeting y'all. :)

Save gas! You can put a canoe in the creek in Ashtabula County, and you'll get there.

Reserve early for Belle of Louisville; you haven't lived until you've heard that &*%$ calliope.

1. really, really, really comfy shoes

2. bring a bathing suit even if you don't think you'll have time for the hotel pool

3. at least one top which is indecently tight (you can wear it under a shirt for modesty's sake, if that's your style) so that you can try on other sloganistic t-shirts while you're shopping the exhibit space

4. did I mention the comfy shoes?

ankhorite - No bathing suit. Never ever, ever. ;)

But good shoes and a tight shirt I can manage!
