Flip fop.

I just read in the local news that a native Ohio bachelor has received a rose from the bachelorette on a dating reality show. From what I've heard, the premise of the show is that a bunch of people are thrown together, go on group dates to fabulous locations, backstab each other in order to win and try to pretend they're not shallow. All very romantic.

Naturally, the contestants are presented as being terrific people, which of course only leads me to wonder why they might be single...

Oh, okay. Now I get it.

:D

Those mating shows have been going on a while now, I wonder if any of the winning couples of the earlier ones are still together (and happy with each other).

You have an international audience, by the way. I live in Finland.

Well, Finland is not so good if you think you should have the right to carry. Lots of hunters, lots of guns, but you can't carry except when hunting, or use one for self-defense. I found you when I was looking for good arguments for the right to carry, most of my friends are in the 'guns bad-bad, keep away' camp and I'm not very good at debating. When I get angry I can't think of anything sensible to say. Well, you are fun to read so I have been coming back regularly since then.

I agree, Breda...never date someone who obviously spends more time in front of a mirror than you. Ugh.

Um. Reminds me of the time I read an article that described Gerard Depardieu as a 'sex symbol'.
