That's a powerful video.Whenever my spurious gland quivers a bit I check in with Mother Snopes. Much to my delight, this is a TRUE story. (I'm sure Breda already vetted it, but, well-- you know.)Here are some more interesting details about the story for those that care.http://www.snopes.com/photos/animals/christian.asp
I about cried the first time I saw this video clip.It turned me into compassionate mush. Thanks for showing it again.Toni
Powerfully awesome! Lest we forget, we are animals too.
SUCH a lovely story. We are so blessed with immeasureable riches in the form of the furry critters in our lives, large and small. I could weep daily for the joy I have in my little puppy.
I hear music but at the top it say video is no longer available.
still works for me, kaveman
I'm crying. I'm such a wimp. What a beautiful video.
Am I the only one disappointed that the lioness did NOT bite someones face off...? C'Mon people!
Yep. This and many other things I've seen like it are why I choose not to hunt any more.As far as I am concerned humans have no right to take the life of any other sentient being.I also believe that the "Anthropomorphic Fallacy" is just a lie that scientists made up as an excuse to use animals for their experiments.I pass judgment on no one that hunts but I choose not to any more and haven't for many years. The only thing I kill is what is trying to kill me or mine first.Joe
