What a gorgeous way

Christmas is coming and I love watermelon tourmaline. Just, you know, sayin'.

How could this be illegal. Not that I don't think some states are run by total tards, but what is the reasoning?

Kaveman - IIRC one needs a license to possess ammunition or Ammunition components in MA. If you don't have one even having an empty brass casing is a felony.

Does that go with Shoothouse Barbie's barrettes?

Mike nailed it. Unless you have an FID (Firearms Identification) card, it is illegal - felony - to possess as little as a single piece of brass in Massachusetts.

On Memorial Day, when the honor guard fires a 21-gun salute? They give the empty brass from the blanks to the kids gathered around.

Technically it's a felony.

That's what MA calls "common sense gun control". And that's what Barack Obama - and the Democratically controlled Congress and Senate - will be bringing to us shortly...

More positive messages about guns, ammunition and shooting - take new ones to the range, speak up about your hobby, interest and wear the buttons, hang the targets and tell them to smile when they say that...

Kaveman, what Jay said about the FID is correct. I had to pretty much frisk the kids coming back from the range (in New Hampshire) to make sure they didn't bring a "souvenier."

I don't have a FID (yet), but don't want some Mass.Busibody shutting me down out of spite. Which they would.

Ammunition or ammunition components. http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/140-121.htm

And Lissa, Shoothouse Barbie needs to leave her barettes in Texas. And she's not the only one. :-p

Welcome to "Common Sense" restrictions, people.
