No, IDEALLY, 200gr. JHP @ 885 fps with an entry of approximately .45 in dia.

I'd prefer to throw several .45ACP 230 grain JHP bullets at the gunman's center mass. Preferrably of the Hornady XTP brand.
When all is said and done, I'll probably be standing. I gaurantee the gunman won't be.
