Thanks for the mention! I am glad it hit the spot. Especially come back after the deer season, I am hoping to make a step-by-step pictorial demo for deer butchering.

Deep frying wings for half an hour?

That's about three times longer than necessary, which must result in dry, tough wings.

Try about 10 minutes next time, Sofya. You'll be amazed how good they taste.

Andrew - that has not been my experience - and I like my chicken fully cooked, crispy, and brown.
